Bridgend County Borough Council invites applications for a permanent, part-time Social Worker to join our Integrated Community Network Teams.

You will work with adults with long-term health challenges, in partnership with GP surgeries and third sector partners, aiming to meet personal outcomes, promote voice, choice, independence and control.

A Welsh language ability is a requirement for this post. An Enhanced DBS (Adults) check and a valid driving licence are also required.
