The Wiggett Group is a trusted and fast-growing property services contractor, delivering Electrical, Fire & Security, Roofing, Scaffolding and Property Services across the social housing and commercial sectors. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a hands-on Electrical Supervisor to support our growing field teams.

This is a field-based position, Monday to Friday, focused on quality, compliance, and strong communication. You’ll spend the majority of your week out on sites carrying out post-inspections, meeting with subcontractors and PAYE electricians, and ensuring high standards are met across all live works.

You’ll be the face of the electrical division on site—supporting engineers, resolving issues, strengthening relationships, and maintaining a strong Wiggett presence across our contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out post-inspections on completed electrical works to ensure compliance and quality.
  • Conduct site visits to check progress, workmanship, and adherence to safety standards.
  • Build strong relationships with subcontractors and PAYE electricians, offering support and guidance where needed.
  • Act as a point of escalation for technical queries while on site.
  • Work closely with the QS and Contracts Management teams to flag issues, remedials, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure all documentation, certifications, and reports are completed accurately and on time.
  • Promote a positive safety culture and always uphold company values.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experienced Electrician or Electrical Supervisor with strong knowledge of EICR, remedials and social housing works.
  • Ability to spot defects, provide corrective guidance and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage with engineers, clients, and internal teams.
  • Great relationship-building skills — approachable, supportive, and solution-focused.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across designated patch.
