We are looking for a Distributor Sales Assistant to support the sales and distribution team by coordinating day to day operations, assisting with order processing, maintaining accurate records, and providing customer support to ensure smooth and efficient distribution of products. This role plays a key part in driving sales performance, enhancing distributor relationships, and ensuring that customers receive timely, high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities- Handling daily sales enquiries, including specification and design using D360 software.
- Assist the sales team in managing distributor accounts, ensuring orders are processed accurately and on time.
- Maintain and update sales databases, price lists, and distributor records.
- Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure product availability and timely deliveries.
- Handle inquiries from distributors, providing product information and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular updates to the sales team and management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales agreements, and pricing structures.
- Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or distribution (preferred).
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with distributors and internal teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM or ERP systems.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
