You Will Be

What You\’ll Do

  • Support and encourage young people to reach their full potential.
  • Create a warm, safe and tidy home environment that promotes wellbeing.
  • Build trust whilst maintaining professional boundaries.
  • Empower young people to develop skills such as cooking, travel, and self-care.
  • Support care planning — contribute to risk assessments, positive behaviour plans, and individual goals.
  • Keep accurate, reflective records and complete effective shift handovers.
  • Administer medication, manage petty cash responsibly and ensure safety checks are completed.
  • Drive company vehicles to transport young people to school, appointments, and activities.
  • Work collaboratively with your team, attend meetings and training, and follow safeguarding procedures at all times.
