The Role
Site supervisors are critical to ensuring that our schools are safe and secure and that they provide a positive learning environment for pupils, staff and visitors. This is a rewarding role that would enable you to make a real contribution to the community that the school serves and to the experience of everyone that uses the school site, particularly the children.
We are looking for people that care about outcomes for children and communities, that have good, or developing, basic DIY and repair skills, are physically fit, reliable and proactive. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference to a school community. It is a role that has a purpose and with the rewards of making a difference to the children in our schools.

Since the Lighthouse Schools Partnership (LSP) was started in 2016 we have experienced rapid growth. We currently number 34 schools and have over 13,000 pupils in our schools and more than 1,900 employees. Our schools are situated across North Somerset, Bath and North East Somerset and Bristol.
