We have an exciting opportunity for a talented and passionate Trainer who is knowledgeable and professional in health and fitness and able to represent Third Space by offering advice and support to our members. This role is not for the shy or fainthearted as you will be expected to confidently offer professional advice to club members and, in doing so, build up strong rapports.
As a Trainer, you must possess excellent interaction and communication skills, be able to manage difficult conversations and take care of any negative feedback by proactively addressing this with the customer to ensure a satisfactory outcome is reached. You may be fairly new in the industry looking to build a solid understanding of Personal Training, or you’re looking for somewhere to offer further development to help you achieve your potential.
The ideal candidate will be motivated and committed to working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and able to work from as early as 05:00, as late as 22:45 and weekends. You’ll have experience in a fitness environment and have a proactive approach to learning.
Please note that this is a Trainer role only and does not include any aspect of Personal Training; however, you will be enrolled onto our Academy career path, where over the course of 3+ months, you will be supported by our Education Team to develop your PT skills. You will be assessed by a number of differing criteria, practical skills, training inductions and interactions you achieve and, if successful, you can move up the ranks to then becoming a Personal Trainer.
Our Trainer Academy is delivered by our in-house experts and focuses on providing the best knowledge, support and education to our future PTs. Including practical application, theory modules and 121 support from the team, the Trainer Academy is designed to help enhance and give you all the tools you need to become part of our best-in-class PT team.
