Key responsibilities:

  • Support the Housekeeping Manager/Operations Manager in driving performance, with a focus on improving attention to detail and late shift productivity.
  • Ensure the Housekeeping team follows the cleaning procedures, particularly with new team members, and regularly check key areas, such as changing rooms and toilets, ensuring all tasks are completed to standard.
  • Take ownership of issues such as restocking and deep cleaning of shower areas, and ensure the team stays on top of tasks like restocking and detailed cleaning.
  • Proactively manage team attendance and punctuality, ensuring a high-performing, reliable team.
  • Address and resolve any challenges within the team – including having difficult conversations when necessary.
  • Be willing to step in and cover for team members when needed to prevent gaps in service, ensuring our club always meets the highest standards.

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous cleaning experience
  • Previous experience supervising or leading a large team
  • A strong attention to detail and pride in delivering exceptional service.
  • Someone who is comfortable having difficult conversations and managing a team to perform their best.
  • A flexible, hardworking attitude, committed to consistently delivering the best results.
