This is more than a Board role. It’s a chance to make a lasting impact. Are you an experienced Finance, Asset Management and Development social housing professional looking to make a meaningful impact as a Board member? The Whiteley Homes Trust is seeking two new Trustees to join its Board at an exciting and pivotal time. For over 100 years, we have provided housing and care for older people of limited means, and today we are focused on securing a sustainable and ambitious future for our unique community.

As a Trustee, you will help shape strategy, oversee financial sustainability, and support the leadership team in delivering our charitable purpose. We are particularly interested in individuals with expertise in:

  • Finance, treasury, and funding (ideally within social housing), or
  • Asset management and development in the housing sector

You will bring strong strategic thinking, sound judgement, and a collaborative approach to governance.

Time commitment: ~8–10 days per year

Location: Walton-on-Thames (with remote participation)
