We're reopening The White Swan late September as the newest addition to our line-up of local, food-led pubs β and we need a Head Chef to lead the charge.
We're known for rosette-level food using fresh, local produce: varied menus, exciting specials boards, and regular events like supper clubs. This is a great opportunity to shape the restaurant side of a new site from day one.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has solid experience as a Head Chef
- Is confident managing suppliers, stock costs, and GPs
- Can lead and motivate a kitchen team
- Consistently delivers high-quality food, even under pressure
We're expecting to be busy from the get-go, so we're building a strong team to match. Happy to discuss bringing your Sous Chef along β salary to be agreed.
If this sounds like your next challenge, we'd love to hear from you.
