We're reopening The White Swan late September as the newest addition to our line-up of local, food-led pubs — and we need a Head Chef to lead the charge.

We're known for rosette-level food using fresh, local produce: varied menus, exciting specials boards, and regular events like supper clubs.

This is a great opportunity to shape the restaurant side of a new site from day one.

We're looking for someone who
