Hours: 11:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (flexible hours)

Keep your evenings entirely to yourself! We are looking for a reliable, independent Pub Cook to run our weekday lunchtime kitchen service. No fine-dining jargon, no complex menus—just honest, classic pub favorites done right.
What you will be doing:
- Cooking a straightforward, high-quality lunch menu: Specials, Burgers, gammon, sausage, and vegetarian options.
- Managing the kitchen
- Taking care of standard food hygiene records, kitchen prep.
- Recording stock.
What we need from you:
- Previous experience in a commercial kitchen (pub, café, or casual dining).
- A dependable, organized approach to cooking alone.
- Valid food hygiene certification (or willingness to get it quickly).
