About The Role

In this varied and rewarding position, you will provide flexible support across the school to ensure a welcoming, well organised and effective learning environment for all. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing classroom assistance to teachers and pupils
  • Supporting with administrative and reception tasks
  • Assisting on school trips and events
  • Operating the school minibus
  • Offering general support wherever it is needed most

Every day will bring something different. You will adapt quickly to changing priorities, respond to staffing and operational needs, and play a key part in ensuring that pupils, staff, and visitors feel supported and valued.
