Responsibilities

Make a Real Impact – Join Our Team at White Lion Road! Support Worker at Amersham. You will provide one‑to‑one, person‑centred support that helps individuals build independence and achieve their goals. Key duties include:

  • Supporting daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning and budgeting
  • Delivering personal care sensitively and respectfully
  • Assisting with medication and contributing to support plans
  • Organising activities and encouraging community involvement
  • Helping new team members through induction and mentoring

Qualifications

You are caring, proactive and experienced in support or care work. You communicate clearly, adapt to individual needs and value collaboration and inclusion, working well independently and as part of a team. You are flexible to cover shifts including weekends and bank holidays. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential. A minimum of one sleep‑in per week is required, with an additional allowance of £52.78 per sleep‑in.
