Who are you? A cool, calm, confident presence and support for our busy coffee shop & bagel bar. You will enjoy working with a busy team and not afraid to talk to customers too - there is no hiding in this role! The opportunity within this role is endless, so your passion for driving excellence in bagels, salads, our wider food offering and even tipping your hat to baking will set you up for success. You will report directly into the coffee shop manager and take full responsibility of driving excellence all things food. Think fresh artisan bagels, delicious healthy grab & go salads, baked goods to complete tea & coffees.
What’s the role?
- Ownership of food offering
- Managing food and menu development & product development.
- Driving excellence in food safety across the coffee shop.
- Working collaboratively with the coffee shop manager to drive our food offering.
- Managing coffee shop waste driving towards being a more sustainable business
- Build and maintain relationships with our suppliers.
- Be a key member in coaching and developing others to be bagel masters.
- Communicate positively with the team
- Being a great role model and setting the standards for our guests and team
- Displaying the ACI values each and every day and working towards our company mission of ‘making people happy’
