About the role
- Provide strategic leadership for primary maths across the Trust
- Support and challenge school leaders to secure strong pupil outcomes
- Deliver high-quality coaching, training and professional development for teachers
- Lead curriculum development in line with national expectations and best practice
- Use data intelligently to identify priorities and evaluate impact
- Contribute to school reviews and improvement planning
- Work collaboratively with senior leaders to drive sustained improvement

- Be an experienced and highly effective primary practitioner with strong subject knowledge in mathematics
- Have a proven track record of improving outcomes in schools
- Demonstrate experience of coaching, mentoring, and developing staff
- Be confident working across multiple schools and contexts
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
