The White Horse Federation is seeking an experienced Field HR Manager to join our Central HR Team.

You will partner with Headteachers and leaders across schools, offering expert employee relations advice and supporting operational HR including payroll, recruitment and TUPE processes.

Travel between school sites is required, with on-site presence at the Swindon central offices when not visiting sites.
