The White Horse Federation seeks an ambitious Lead Practitioner to raise standards in English, Mathematics or Science at Melksham Oak Community School. You will drive curriculum implementation, assessment practice and targeted catch up provision to secure improved attainment.
Working with SLT and Curriculum Leader, you will use data to identify pupils at risk, lead evidence informed strategies and deliver high impact interventions including small group and one to one tuition, exam preparation.
