Role Overview
We’re looking for a talented Chef to support our Head Chef in running a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining top-quality standards. You’ll have the chance to work across a variety of menus, including:
- Traditional pub classics.
- Seasonal and festive menus.
- Event menus for parties, corporate bookings, and celebrations.
- Sit-down menus for larger groups and special occasions.
- A new Indian menu.
What You’ll Do
- Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
- Cook and present dishes to a high standard across all menus.
- Contribute ideas for menu development and specials.
- Maintain excellent kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
- Lead the kitchen team in the Head Chef’s absence.
- Train junior staff and promote a positive kitchen culture.
