We are looking for an experienced and talented Breakfast Chef to join our fantastic business.

Breakfast Chef Requirements
- The ability to work well independently and multi-task
- Experience in a similar role or a keen interest in pursuing a culinary career
- The ability to work in a fast paced and high-pressured environment
- Availability to work shifts, including weekends as per business needs
- Be a strong Chef, with the ability to train, Coach and develop junior chefs
- At least 1 year experience as a Chef
- Great communication skills
- Right to Work in the UK
- Excellent culinary and presentation skills
Breakfast Chef Responsibilities
- Preparing and plating up breakfast dishes in an efficient manner and using the menu specs provided
- Preparing ingredients for senior chefs, ensuring great attention to detail for the menu specs provided
- Working to a high standard to ensure customers receive the best quality food
- Complying with all health and safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Cooks guests' orders according to their preferences
- Employs food safety best practices and makes sure that all kitchen staff members do the same
- Acts with appropriate caution in a dangerous environment where there are knives and high-temperature surfaces
- Coaches other chefs and other members of the kitchen staff, so they perform at their best
- Takes direction and works with the restaurant's administrative team

We own a collection of beautiful and individual premium pubs across Southern England. Our pubs are in idyllic settings in country villages and towns, where we are proud to be the quality local of the area, serving high quality fresh pub food in a cozy pub ambience. Most of our pubs have some Charming Bedrooms as well. New to our growing family is Harper’s Steakhouse, a new premium American Steakhouse brand that we started rolling out last year. It’s an exciting time to join us! Upham Inns is growing, and we want you to grow with us and be part of our success. We’ve been busy investing in our business and we are seeing some great results. So, we want to continue to grow our pub family and we are looking to recruit passionate people into our team.
