Our Role
Join us in our NEW STORE, opening in Petersfield in November 2025. We are looking for a resourceful and imaginative Visual Specialist to maintain and implement the retail visual merchandising strategy in store, ensuring consistent visual merchandising excellence that aligns with our brand integrity.
You will passionately bring our PRIDE values to life by training the team on maintaining TWC standards and overseeing regular updates to in-store and window displays to keep the environment fresh and visually appealing, consistent with the brand image.
Please note, you will have access to the premises and may need to work early mornings to assist with product placement after deliveries, and occasionally, work overnight when appropriate.
What you\’ll be doing
- Training store teams on maintaining TWC standards.
- Overseeing changes to in-store and window displays to keep them fresh and aligned with the brand image.
- Liaising with the Area VM to understand visual objectives and company direction.
- Conducting daily walkthroughs with the Store Management Team to discuss necessary changes based on sales data, coordinating with the Area VM to confirm presentation standards.
