We’re currently hiring for two exciting entry-level roles within our Merchandising team: Allocator and Merchandising Administration Assistant (MAA). Both roles offer fantastic exposure to the commercial side of retail and are ideal for anyone looking to build a career in Merchandising, Planning or Trading. Working at the heart of the business, you’ll collaborate with Buying, Retail, Supply Chain and VM teams to support stock flow, trading performance and overall business success.
What you’ll be doing
- Allocator: As an Allocator, you’ll ensure the right stock is in the right place at the right time. Using sales and stock data, you’ll manage allocations and replenishment across stores to maximise availability and drive sales. Key responsibilities include:
- Allocating and replenishing stock based on performance and demand
- Monitoring sales, stock levels and availability
- Identifying risks and opportunities to optimise trading
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to support stock decisions
- Merchandising Admin Assistant (MAA): As an MAA, you’ll support the Merchandising team across purchase orders, intake management, trading analysis and administration, ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day running of the function. Key responsibilities include:
- Raising and maintaining purchase orders and managing intake schedules
- Supporting weekly trade reporting and analysis
- Maintaining merchandising systems and product data
- Working closely with suppliers and internal teams to manage the critical path
