This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast‑paced, ambitious team and play a key role in shaping the future of Paid Social and Affiliates across a premium multi‑category retail brand, driving profitable customer acquisition, scalable revenue growth and channel innovation.

Paid Social is a high‑profile growth channel within the business, with ambitious plans to scale new customer acquisition through smarter creative, testing and platform innovation. We’re looking for someone with a strong growth mindset who can push performance forward, challenge agencies and internal teams, and identify new opportunities to unlock scale and efficiency.

Affiliates is a smaller but high‑potential channel with significant opportunity for expansion across publishers, creators and influencer partnerships. This role will play a key part in evolving the channel strategy and helping build the business case for future investment and growth.

What you’ll be doing

  • Own and deliver the Paid Social and Affiliate strategy across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube and key affiliate networks/publisher partners.
  • Drive profitable new customer acquisition while balancing efficiency, incrementality and long‑term customer value, optimising activity across the customer journey – from brand awareness and consideration to conversion – through audience, creative and measurement strategies.
  • Manage channel budgets, forecasting and investment planning against revenue and customer targets.
  • Build ambitious testing roadmaps across audiences, creative, placements and campaign approaches to unlock scalable growth.
  • Develop Affiliate into a broader publisher, creator and influencer‑led acquisition channel.
  • Use MMM, LTV and allowable models alongside platform and internal data to optimise performance and investment decisions.
  • Lead regular reporting and performance analysis, translating data into clear commercial recommendations.
  • Work closely with Creative, Brand, Ecommerce and CRM teams to deliver effective, insight‑led campaigns.
  • Manage agency and platform relationships, challenging partners to continuously improve performance and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Stay ahead of platform developments, attribution changes and emerging acquisition opportunities.

What skills & experience you’ll need

  • Significant depth of experience across Paid Social and/or Affiliate Marketing within Ecommerce, Retail or Direct‑to‑Consumer businesses.
  • Strong experience working across Meta and Paid Social platforms.
  • Experience driving customer acquisition and profitable channel growth.
  • Experience developing publisher, influencer or partnership‑led Affiliate strategies.
  • Strong understanding of MMM, LTV, allowable models, incrementality and attribution.
  • Experience managing agency and external partner relationships.
  • Strong analytical and forecasting capability.
  • Ability to turn data into commercially actionable recommendations.
  • Experience building structured testing and optimisation plans.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
  • Highly commercial, analytical and growth‑oriented.
  • Proactive, curious and solutions‑focused.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to simplify complex performance data.
  • Collaborative and relationship‑driven.
  • Adaptable and resilient in a fast‑paced trading environment.
