Our Role
The E-Concessions Executive supports the delivery of trading and commercial performance across a portfolio of third-party partner brands operating within the E-Concessions channel. With a focus on stock availability, full-price sell-through, and trading optimisation, this role contributes to driving sales and margin through effective analysis, coordination, and execution.
Owning the day-to-day management of partner brands, the role works cross-functionally with Merchandising, Digital, Creative, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure strong product availability, timely launches, and effective trading actions. The role combines trading analysis, partner communication, and operational coordination to support revenue growth and channel performance.
What you\βll be doing
Partner & Commercial Support
- Support the trading performance of a portfolio of partner brands against sales, margin, and sell-through KPIs
- Act as a day-to-day point of contact for partners, supporting alignment on trading priorities and performance actions
- Build effective working relationships with partners to support improvements in availability, depth, and continuity of key lines
- Contribute to commercial conversations including performance reviews, promotional planning, and stock strategy
- Identify risks and opportunities within partner performance, escalating issues and recommending actions where appropriate
Stock & Availability Support
- Monitor stock availability, depth, and continuity across partner ranges
- Track stock intake and forward cover, highlighting risks and opportunities to Merchandising and the wider team
- Work cross-functionally with Merchandising and partners to support stock flow and core line availability
- Identify slow sellers and exit risks, supporting markdown and promotional recommendations
- Provide trading insight to inform replenishment and allocation decisions managed by Merchandising
Trading & Performance
- Produce and analyse weekly trading reports across sales, sell-through, stock levels, and availability
- Identify and recommend actions relating to promotional activity, markdowns, range optimisation, and stock rebalancing
- Monitor product performance at category and SKU level, highlighting opportunities, risks, and gaps
- Support the preparation and delivery of trading meetings and performance reviews with clear, data-led insights
- Take ownership of day-to-day trading execution, ensuring actions are followed through in a timely manner
Operational Delivery
- Manage the coordination of partner onboarding and launches
- Manage critical paths across range selection, product data, stock intake, and go-live
- Ensure product data accuracy and timely online availability
- Coordinate with Digital, Merchandising, Creative, Marketing, and Operations teams to resolve issues impacting trade
- Maintain visibility of key milestones and flag risks to relevant stakeholders
About You
- 2β4 yearsβ experience in Ecommerce, Merchandising, Buying, or Wholesale
- Strong understanding of stock management, sell-through, and trading KPIs
- Commercially aware with confidence analysing data and making recommendations
- Experience working with third-party brands, concessions, or marketplaces is highly desirable
- Highly organised with strong stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, with the ability to take ownership of tasks and support delivery of trading actions in a fast-paced environment
