Our Role As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager with operational and commercial activities, providing leadership to establish a high-performance team that drives sales, achieves KPIs, and delivers exceptional customer service. You will embody our PRIDE values as a passionate, inspiring, and resourceful leader, with a proven track record of maximizing sales and profitability in a fast-paced retail environment. As an imaginative and dedicated manager, you will coach and develop your team to reach their potential and demonstrate your knowledge and passion for The White Company. What you\’ll be doing Maximize contribution by helping to achieve sales targets and controlling costs. Assist the Store Manager in managing store costs without compromising store objectives. Assist in training, developing, and motivating staff to achieve high levels of customer service and performance. Manage the customer experience as part of the TWC multi-channel strategy.
