About the Role

We are looking for a Producer to join our EA Studios team that will manage day‑to‑day content for the EA Sports App and FC Mobile, craft short‑form sports stories for Gen Z audiences, and collaborate across teams to deliver engaging content across platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day‑to‑day content for the EA Sports App and FC Mobile, including editorial planning, QC, and content approval.
  • Lead and schedule junior team members, provide line and creative management.
  • Coordinate, curate and produce video content in English and Spanish.
  • Plan and execute shoots across the UK and beyond, including Vodcast studio operations.
  • Stay ahead of online trends, identify and pitch stories for the app.
  • Collaborate with Producers, APs, Editors and Designers to deliver standout work.
  • Work with internal and external creators, manage budgets and ensure timely delivery of content.
  • Support a culture of creativity, mentor a team of Assistant Producers, Editors and Graphic Designers.
  • Produce content in‑house, working with editing and GFX resources.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of managing, executing and evolving digital and social content that resonates with audiences.
  • Experience leading digital projects with high‑volume output.
  • History of creating viral content for platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, Instagram, X and Facebook.
  • Mastery in digital storytelling, from ideation to filming to editing.
  • Experience creating content plans for social platforms and apps.
  • Strong knowledge of social channels and an understanding of how to create shareable content for each platform.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time‑management skills, able to prioritise workloads in a pressurised environment.
  • Ability to work effectively with others and independently.

Preferred Skills

  • Deep passion for sports, particularly European football.
  • Background in esports, streaming and short‑form social media production.
  • Experience working with content creators.

Benefits & Work Arrangements

  • 5‑day week, 4 days in office and 1 day WFH.
  • Work schedule includes weekends where required; lieu days offered for overtime.
  • Flexitime options subject to production demands.
