We’re looking for an experienced, ambitious and creatively bold Producer to join Whisper Create, our branded content division, working across brand-driven content, campaigns and production innovation. This is a role for someone who understands how to bring ideas to life: from creative ideation for pitch decks, shaping treatments and presenting ideas to clients, through to managing shoots, budgets, timelines, contributors, client relationships and final delivery. You’ll be commercially aware, editorially sharp, highly organised and confident working across multiple formats, genres and platforms.
Working across sport, entertainment, factual, digital and brand-led storytelling, you’ll play a key role in developing and producing premium content for clients, agencies and partners. You’ll help turn creative ambition into production reality, balancing bold ideas with smart, practical execution. The role will involve working closely with creative, production, post-production, commercial and client teams, so strong communication, presentation and client management skills are essential. Formula 1 / Motorsport experience particularly desirable.
Whisper is proud to be an equal opportunities employer. We welcome and encourage applications from candidates of all backgrounds, communities, and lived experiences. We are committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and supported.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Create’s Executive Producer across a range of key projects, from creative ideation through to delivery.
- Help identify proactive opportunities for brands, partners and rights-holders where Whisper Create can develop distinctive, commercially relevant content ideas.
- Maintain and grow strong relationships with existing clients, agencies and internal stakeholders.
- Produce branded content campaigns from brief through to final delivery.
- Develop creative ideas, treatments, pitch responses, production approaches and pitch deck content.
- Present creative and production thinking to clients, agencies and partners with confidence and clarity.
- Work with clients, agencies and internal teams to shape content that delivers against creative, strategic and commercial objectives.
- Manage budgets, schedules, suppliers, crew, contributors, talent and production logistics.
- Oversee shoots in the UK and internationally.
- Work confidently across multiple formats, including social, digital, broadcast, brand films, campaign assets, BTS and photography.
- Manage post-production workflows, including edits, feedback rounds, music, sound design, graphics and final delivery.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to a high creative standard.
- Build strong relationships with clients, agencies, crew, talent, contributors and internal teams.
- Identify opportunities to elevate the work creatively, commercially and strategically.
Please note that responsibilities may be amended, added to, or removed to reflect the changing needs of the production or organisation.
Skills and Experience:
- You’ll be an experienced Producer with a strong track record in creating original, brand-led content across short and long-form formats.
- You’ll have a background in branded content, commercial production, digital content, sport and entertainment with experience working with brands or agencies to shape strategic, creative responses and pitches.
- You’ll be creatively confident, commercially minded and editorially sharp, with excellent storytelling instincts and a collaborative, audience-focused approach.
- You’ll understand how to balance brand objectives with compelling content and how to create value for clients, partners and audiences.
You should be:
- Creatively confident, with strong editorial judgement.
- Commercially curious, with a strong understanding of brand objectives and value creation.
- Experienced in working with brands, agencies and internal teams to shape strategic and creative pitches.
- Confident presenting ideas, responding to briefs and contributing under pressure.
- Proven in client-facing roles, with strong client management and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organised, calm under pressure and solutions-focused.
- Confident managing budgets, schedules, suppliers, crew, contributors, talent and production logistics.
- Experienced in working with crews, contributors, talent, clients and senior stakeholders.
