We are looking for Seasonal Food and Beverage Assistants to join us to work through the busy summer season until September 2026. As a hotel with a busy function room, we are a 24-hour business, from breakfast through to late nights, so we can offer flexible hours including, but not limited to, working a mixture of day and evening shifts and function events with later finish times post midnight.

We’re a fast-paced, vibrant venue welcoming a high volume of guests each day, all looking to enjoy everything we have to offer. We’re seeking someone with a positive, energetic approach and a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences. Previous experience in hospitality may be an advantage, but if you're happy to learn and build your skills with us, we will be happy to consider you.
