Location & Style The Wheatsheaf is a vibrant, community-focused village pub in Bow Brickhill, serving fresh, delicious, homemade Great British classics from our Seasonal Menu. From family meals and casual drinks to private celebrations and events in our beautiful spaces, there's always something happening and no two days are the same. We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic General Manager to uphold the exceptionally high standards The Wheatsheaf has in place. Key General Manager Attributes An experienced GM with great leadership capability Competent in kitchen oversight and the control of food production An expert in quality food and drink, with high attention to detail A strategic commercially minded operator with experience of growing hospitality businesses Diligent with brand standards and processes Understanding the guests needs and responding to market demand Flawless execution of the offer Creation of sales driving activities on a regular basis Coaching and guiding the team - to get the best out of them every day Financial management of the business to deliver profit growth All aspects of licensing, food and health & safety compliance in line with the law We can offer: Salary: £40-45K based on experience.
