We’re looking for a friendly, reliable and experienced part time bar staff member to join the team at The Wheatsheaf in Midhurst. The Wheatsheaf is a traditional wet led pub right in the heart of town, known for live music, Sky Sports, and a welcoming atmosphere for locals and visitors alike.
We’re after someone who:
- Has a positive, cheerful attitude
- Enjoys working in a busy pub environment
- Can provide great customer service
- Is confident working independently on the bar when required
- Has a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a pub/bar environment
Due to the nature of the business, candidates must be available to work a number of evenings and weekend shifts each week. We work on a two-week rota system which allows flexibility where needed, although more fixed shifts may also be available for the right candidate.
The pub is part of a small, locally owned and expanding pub group made up of individual venues with their own character. As the company continues to grow, there will be opportunities to progress for anyone looking to build a career within hospitality.
