Contract: Permanent
Work pattern: 37 hours per week, including weekend shift patterns and a 9‑day fortnight

About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, person‑centred environment and is passionate about empowering people to take control of their own support. As part of our Renfrewshire SDS Mental Health team, you’ll work alongside individuals using Self‑Directed Support to design flexible, creative and meaningful support plans that help them live well, stay connected and achieve their personal goals.
A key part of the role involves holding your own keywork caseload, allowing you to build strong, trusting relationships and deliver truly person‑centred support. Through this direct work, you’ll gain deep insight into people’s needs and aspirations, which you’ll use to guide and influence.
