Contract: Temporary / Permanent

Hours of Work: 35 hours per week, working five days over seven between 8.00am and 10.00pm. Part-time opportunities may be available.

Location: Lipton House, 170 Crown Street, Glasgow, G5 9XD

All training will be delivered at Lipton House.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing a friendly, professional and efficient service across a range of communication channels, including telephone, email, webchat and SMS. You'll support customers with a variety of enquiries, ensuring they receive the information and assistance they need, while delivering a positive customer experience at every interaction. Working as part of our Customer First Centre, you'll help connect customers with the right services and support across Wheatley Group.
