What You'll Be Doing
As a Kitchen Assistant, you'll support the kitchen team to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes and during service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing ingredients ready for service
- Supporting chefs with food preparation and presentation
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen
- Washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Receiving and storing deliveries correctly
- Following food safety, health and safety, and company procedures
- Keeping work areas organised, clean and ready for service
- Working as part of a team to deliver great food for our guests
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
- Has a positive attitude and enjoys working as part of a team
- Takes pride in maintaining high standards
- Is reliable, organised, and willing to learn
- Can remain calm and focused in a busy environment
- Has a passion for hospitality and creating great guest experiences
- Previous kitchen experience is helpful but not essential – we'll provide training and support
