Fixed-Term Contract until August 2027 (with the potential to become permanent)! We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and caring Teaching Assistant to join our supportive secondary school team. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside teachers and support staff to help students achieve their full potential, both academically and personally. The successful candidate will provide classroom support, assist with the delivery of learning activities, and work with individual students or small groups to promote engagement and progress.

Responsibilities:
- Support teaching and learning across a range of subjects.
- Work with students on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.
- Assist teachers in preparing learning resources and classroom activities.
- Promote positive behaviour and inclusion within the classroom.
- Support students with additional learning needs where required.
- Contribute to creating a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment.
