As Assistant Headteacher with a focus on English, you will work closely with the Headteacher and other senior leaders to develop and implement strategies that improve student outcomes, support teacher development, and promote the delivery of an engaging and inspiring English curriculum.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the English curriculum, ensuring it meets the needs of all students.
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress, identifying areas for improvement and providing targeted support.
  • Work collaboratively with other senior leaders to drive school-wide improvements and initiatives.
