A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SPA RECEPTIONIST AT THE WESTIN LONDON CITY
What you\’ll be doing…
Reporting to the SPA Operations Manager, you can expect your working day to include the following..
- Warmly welcome every guest, ensuring a seamless and calming arrival experience.
- Anticipate guest needs, provide knowledgeable recommendations, and personalize their visit.
- Recognize returning guests and build genuine, lasting relationships.
- Handle spa reception duties including phone and email communication, treatment bookings, payments, and accurate use of POS systems.
- Actively promote spa treatments, packages, and retail products to enhance the guest experience.
- Support daily operations by maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across spa, gym, pool, and changing areas.
- Collaborate with spa therapists and hotel teams to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.
- Uphold Westin brand standards in all interactions.
