Have you worked as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist or Reservations Agent before? Do you have experience with Opera? Our cosy 130-bedroom hotel is based in the heart of Camden Town. The hotel is small enough for you to get noticed, yet big enough to gain great experience.
As a Reservations Agent, you will be expected to:
- Ensure our guests have a positive experience from the point of enquiry via telephone or email.
- Organise and follow up all aspects of individual and group bookings according to procedures.
- Ensure that all necessary information is communicated to other departments to fulfil guest requirements.
