DAY IN THE LIFE OF A NIGHT MANAGER AT THE WESTIN LONDON CITY
Reporting to the Front of House Manager, you can expect your working day to include the following:
- Serves as the property's Hotel Manager during the night and oversees all property operations, ensuring the highest levels of hospitality and service are provided.
- Represents property management in resolving any guest-related situation.
- Manages Front Desk associates’ queries, training and overall development, working in close partnership with the Front of House Manager.
- Anticipates times of overbooking, liaising with senior rooms management and revenue teams to obtain satisfactory alternative accommodation.
- In partnership with Security, takes responsibility for Hotel Security and Safety, including hotel evacuations, security issues and health and safety regulations.
- Follows all company policies and procedures; maintains uniform and personal appearance and confidentiality of proprietary information.
