A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A NIGHT FRONT DESK AGENT AT THE WESTIN LONDON CITY
What you\’ll be doing…
Reporting to the Front of House Manager, your day may include:
- Processing guest check-ins, confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing/activating room keys.
- Handling payments such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit cards.
- Managing checkouts, resolving late and disputed charges.
- Coordinating with housekeeping to track room readiness.
- Running daily reports, noting special requests, and verifying report accuracy.
- Completing cashier and closing reports in the system.
- Balancing and dropping receipts per accounting standards.
