Description
Are you passionate about creating memorable events and delivering exceptional guest experiences? We're looking for an organised, enthusiastic and customer focused Meetings & Events Sales Executive to join our team. You'll be the key point of contact for clients from enquiry through to event delivery, helping to create everything from corporate meetings to weddings and special celebrations.
What you'll be doing
- Drive meetings and events revenue by converting enquiries into confirmed business
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to encourage repeat business
- Support the Commercial team in delivering sales plans and achieving revenue targets
- Proactively identify new business opportunities, including weddings, corporate events and group bookings
- Stay up to date with industry trends and local market activity to maximise sales opportunities
- Attend networking events, exhibitions and client meetings to generate new leads and promote the hotel
- Deliver exceptional customer service from initial enquiry through to event completion
- Work closely with operational teams to ensure every event is delivered seamlessly
- Act as an ambassador for our exciting transformation to voco London Camden Lock, helping to establish the hotel as a leading meetings and events destination in Camden
What we are looking for
- Previous experience in hotel Meetings & Events or hospitality sales is desirable
- Experience using Opera S&C is preferred
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- A proactive, customer-focused approach with a passion for sales
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships
