Working within a vibrant and fast-paced rooftop bar and restaurant environment, the successful candidate will play an important role in delivering an exceptional guest experience and maintaining the high standards of service expected at Florattica.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, confident when interacting with guests, and able to provide attentive and personalised service while contributing positively to the wider Front of House team.
The Role
- As a Waiter / Waitress at Florattica, your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering friendly, professional and attentive service to all guests.
- Welcoming guests and ensuring they feel looked after throughout their experience.
- Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Having a strong knowledge of the food and beverage menus, including ingredients and allergens.
- Providing recommendations and confidently explaining menu items to guests.
- Serving food and drinks according to Florattica's service standards.
- Ensuring tables and service areas are prepared, clean and maintained throughout the shift.
- Anticipating guests' needs and responding promptly to requests.
- Communicating effectively with the bar, kitchen and wider Front of House team.
- Handling guest feedback professionally and escalating any concerns to a supervisor or manager when required.
- Processing bills and payments accurately.
- Supporting the team during busy services, events and private functions.
- Following all company procedures relating to health & safety, food hygiene and responsible service of alcohol.
- Contributing to a positive, professional and collaborative working environment.

We are looking for someone who
- Is passionate about hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.
- Is friendly, approachable, professional and confident.
- Has previous experience as a Waiter / Waitress or in a similar Front of House role, preferably within a busy restaurant, bar or hotel environment.
- Is comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail and takes pride in maintaining high service standards.
- Is a strong team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Is flexible and available to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays as required.
- Has good knowledge of food and beverages; wine and cocktail knowledge would be an advantage.
- Is confident communicating with an international clientele.
- Demonstrates and role-models the company's core values.
- Has the right to work in the UK. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from successful candidates.
