Senior Night Manager at Canopy by Hilton London City

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Night Manager to join the team at Canopy by Hilton London City.

Reporting to the Frontof House Manager, you will be fully responsible for the Hotel`s operation.

About the role

Reporting to the Frontof House Manager, you will ensure the smooth and efficient running of the hotel overnight and be responsible for thesafety of our guests and business, attend toall guests needswhile ensurethat the Night Audit functions are completedas required by the brand standards.

  • Take ownership ofthe hotel and the teams across all thedepartments
  • Have extensive experience with Property Management Systems, (Pe P experience desirable)
  • Implement, reviewandcontroldepartmental policies, SOPs and other training programmes ensuring they are in line with UK’s regulations and Hilton's standards.
  • Responsible to controlthe departmental budget, ensuring that that productivity and performance levels are attained.
  • Operate in compliance with Canopy by Hilton brand standards and all local laws and government regulations.
  • Lead the team in the day-to-day operations, ensuring its high quality, maintaining & exceeding standards and meeting the expectations of the guests
  • Ensure compliance with all Frontof Housestandards and procedures including all relevant Brand Standards.
  • Ensurethe teamare trained regularly and adhere to all hotel policies and procedures including H&S and Fire Safety.
  • Strive to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction and maximize the financial performance of the department.
  • Encourage and build mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.

Serve as a role model to always demonstrate appropriate behaviours within the business by leading from the front by demonstrating a positive can-do attitude.

About You

A qualified Senior Night Manager with experience in Hilton Hotels and at least 2 years’ experience in the upscale market in a similar role.

Comprehensive knowledge of Pe P PMS is highly desirable.

Hotel opening experience is highly desirable.

  • You will be a dynamic team player with a flexible approach and have experience in managing a team to successfully achieve the hotel’s goals.
  • You must have outstanding planning skills. We want you to be able to manage multiple projects at once with a close attention to detail and willingness to be flexible.
  • You will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service, leadby example and be able to create a positive atmosphere for the team.
