As a Maintenance Manager you will:
- Ensure the execution of hotel's preventive maintenance programme
- Manage and monitor all utilities and ensure its effective operation
- Being the Health and safety representative for the building
- Maintain and update H & S folders and carry out internal audit to ensure compliance
- Ensure all daily maintenance and future refurbishment works are carried out efficiently, within budget, to the highest standard
- Supervise, train and develop maintenance team members
