A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A JUNIOR CONCIERGE AT THE WESTIN LONDON CITY HOTEL
What you\’ll be doing…
Reporting to the Head Concierge, you can expect your working day to include the following.
- Make reservations for guests, such as restaurant bookings, transportation, and event tickets.
- Provide information and recommendations to guests about local attractions, restaurants, transportation, and other services.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating special events or guest amenities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Maintain records of guest interactions and transactions in a professional and confidential manner.
