Calling all Receptionists / Front Desk Agents / Switchboard Operators and Hospitality Assistants. We are a cosy hotel based in the heart of Camden Town. The hotel is small enough for you to get noticed, yet big enough to gain great experience.
As a Front Office Team Member you will be responsible for wowing guests with a smooth-running check-in and check-outs, answering to any queries, processing all payment types, coordinating with other departments, such as Housekeeping, F&B and Maintenance.
