Holiday Inn London - Camden Lock, right along Regent's Canal and 5 minutes from Camden underground. Our 130 bedrooms are designed to give plenty of room to work and relax. Our Glasshouse, Camden suites and Mezzanine suites are ideal for meetings and private events.
This role requires serving alcohol and working shifts that will vary from week to week to meet the requirements of the business. Your hours of work may include working mornings, afternoons & evenings, weekends and Public Holidays.
As F&B Team Leader:
You will ensure the team members are feeling positive and working together. You will be essential part of delivering a great dining experience for our guests across all F&B outlets: restaurant, room service, café-bar, meeting rooms.
- Effectively communicate with Kitchen and M&E teams
- Ensure all F&B outlets are ready to receive guests prior to opening and maintain the cleanliness after service
- Ensure that all the administration, cash control, stock control and health & safety procedures are adhered to
- Assist F&B management with training and development of team

What we expect from you:
- Strong Hotel F&B experience
- Previous supervisor experience is preferred, but not essential
- Experience with MICROS POS is an advantage
- Good leadership skills – not a boss, but a team player who leads from the front
- Strong work ethic, punctuality
