We are looking for an experienced and passionate Cocktail Waiter/Waitress to join Florattica, our stunning rooftop cocktail bar at Canopy by Hilton London City. At Florattica, we celebrate craftsmanship and creativity. Inspired by the 17th-century Huguenot silk weavers who once called this area home, our rooftop is where art, flavour, and London’s skyline meet. Guests come for our signature cocktails, stay for the atmosphere, and return for the unforgettable service, and that’s where you come in.
About the Role
- Deliver an outstanding and engaging guest experience with warmth, confidence, and professionalism.
- Present and serve cocktails and beverages with elegance and attention to detail.
- Have excellent knowledge of our menu, including signature cocktails, spirits, and recommendations.
- Build genuine connections with guests, anticipating their needs and creating memorable moments.
- Work closely with the bar and floor team to ensure seamless service.
- Maintain the highest standards of presentation, cleanliness, and service excellence.
About You
- Has previous experience in premium cocktail bars, luxury hotels, or high-end hospitality venues.
- Has a strong understanding of cocktails, spirits, and guest service standards.
- Is confident in describing drinks and making tailored recommendations.
- Has a natural charm and the ability to create a welcoming and energetic atmosphere.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, lively environment.
- Is flexible, well-presented, and a strong team player.
- Has the right to work in the UK (evidence will be required).
