The position of PPM Engineer has become available at Canopy London City, reporting into the Chief Engineer the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the décor of our guest bedrooms, public areas, and food and beverage outlets.
About the role:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) in guest bedrooms, public areas and back-of-house areas in accordance with the Hotel's PPM programme and required schedules.
- Maintain and inspect lighting systems, including fault finding and replacement of lamps, fittings and other lighting components where appropriately trained and authorised.
- Inspect and maintain HVAC systems, including basic fault finding and maintenance of accessible equipment and associated components.
- Complete minor repairs and remedial works, including silicone replacement and resealing, to maintain the condition and presentation of guest bedrooms and hotel areas.
