The Westin London City is seeking an Assistant Customer Sales Manager (maternity cover) to drive reservations sales and guest engagement at our riverside hotel in central London.
Reporting to the Customer Sales Manager, you will manage guest inquiries, promote hotel facilities and promotions, collaborate with all hotel departments, and support the Reservations team.
The successful candidate will have strong English communication, a team spirit, and experience with PMS systems such as Opera.
