The Role

We are seeking a Creative Digital Marketing Executive to support and enhance our brand presence, digital communications, and bid marketing activity. Working closely with the Marketing and Bid Manager, this role will play a key part in producing engaging and creative digital content, supporting bid submissions, and helping to drive brand consistency across all marketing channels.

This is an excellent opportunity for a creative, digitally minded marketer who enjoys a fast‑paced environment and wants to develop their skills across both marketing and bid support.

Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Content Creation

  • Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across social media platforms
  • Design creative digital assets including graphics, short videos, animations, and presentations.
  • Write compelling copy for digital channels, newsletters, case studies, blogs, and website content.
  • Assist with website updates, content management, and basic SEO optimisation.

Bid & Proposal Support

  • Support the Marketing and Bid Manager in the production of bid and tender documents.
  • Create visually engaging bid responses, case studies, and supporting materials.
  • Help maintain a library of bid content, imagery, and brand‑approved templates.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information for bids and submissions.

Brand & Communications

  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital and printed materials.
  • Support internal communications, colleague engagement campaigns, and announcements.
  • Assist in producing marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.

Campaigns & Analytics

  • Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor performance metrics (social engagement, website traffic, email campaigns) and produce basic reports.
  • Contribute creative ideas to continuously improve digital reach and engagement.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in a digital marketing, communications, or content creation role.
  • Strong copywriting skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience using design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar.
  • Good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Confident working collaboratively with internal teams.
  • Knowledge of SEO, email marketing platforms, InDesign, WordPress, and Photoshop.
