What will I do? Supervise and lead your team to deliver a high standard of guest experience and work together with your team. You’ll drive revenue at every opportunity, ensuring all team members have had the correct training to upsell and explain promotions to our guests.

- Previous experience in a supervisory role in a hospitality food & beverage department
- Ability to work in a professional, efficient, high quality, service-oriented operation
- A good knowledge of wines and spirits

Glasgow Westerwood Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort is just outside Glasgow in Cumbernauld and is a 4*, 148-bedroom property. Our hotel has an 18-hole golf course, and the dining options include the Flemings restaurant, the Grill restaurant, and we offer afternoon tea as well as private dining and meeting and event spaces.
